Many personal needs are served through the Lenore Croudy Family Life Center (LCFLC). The LCFLC is a safe space for students, staff and community members to volunteer and be of service to each other, with services including:

The Automotive Department at MCC prepares students in a hands-on learning service lab. This allows community members to schedule automotive inspections, diagnosis and repairs for a small fee, plus the cost of any parts that might be installed.

A cross-functional committee of staff and administrators working toward the early
identification and assessment of behavior that may put the well-being of the individual
or the greater community at risk.
The Transitions School of Cosmetology Salon is a full-service salon and spa on MCC’s main campus with services available to students, faculty, staff and the community.

Low cost, quality dental hygiene services are available to the public at Mott’s Dental Hygiene Clinic.

Mott has contracted with Ulliance to provide personal counseling to MCC employees and their household members. Counseling services are free and confidential.

The team addresses behaviors and/or mental health conditions that may be disruptive, harmful or pose a risk to the health and safety of the MCC community.
The Department of Public Safety is responsible for security and emergency response at MCC. Staffing by sworn police officers with full powers of arrest is provided 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

The MCC Office of Disability Services works collaboratively with students, faculty and staff to create an inclusive educational environment for students.
Perkins Special Populations (SP) at MCC is committed to increasing the retention and graduation rates of students from SPECIAL POPULATIONS who elect to enroll in State of Michigan approved Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.
A federally funded program designed to support and encourage those eligible students heading toward transfer to a four year institution. MCC's TRiO-SSS program serves the interests of 227 students each year.
The function of a success coach is to guide a student from entrance to exit at Mott.

The Testing Center administers e-Learning, Make-up, Extended time, Proctor and Certification testing for MCC courses. It offers a comfortable, consistent environment for many testing formats that meets the highest security standards yet provides fairness to all.
