3CX - MCC - Your Office Extension Anywhere

Contact 2-Help and request the 3CX credentials.
Provide your name, office extension number and a contact number so you can be reached if any additional questions should.
Use provided link in Step 1 to connect to 3CX using your web browser (called The 3CX Client)

Scanning Individual Documents

While working remotely, you sometimes need to sign or scan a document. While there are a variety of ways to accomplish this, one of the easiest is to use your phone and a scanning app to create a PDF document. Mott does not have an official app for this purpose, but a couple good examples are below:

Showing Availability in Google Chat / Gmail Account

Let your colleagues know when you are available (or not available)

Go to Google Chat or your Gmail account.
From your status indicator at the top, click the Down arrow.
Select from "Automatic - Based on Activity", "Do Not Disturb - Mute Notifications", or "Set as Away"
To Set a Custom Status:
1. Click Add a status.
2. Follow the prompt to choose an emoji, write a status message, or end or clear a status.
3. Click Done.
