DeAndra Larkin has served as Chief of Staff since April 2019. In this role, she is responsible for serving as a trusted advisor and principal aide to the President by providing advice, support, and leadership to the President on a wide range of matters of institutional importance.
DeAndra is an alumna of Central Michigan University for both her baccalaureate and graduate studies. She previously worked as a nonprofit executive.

Aron Gerics serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Mott Community College.
Aron Gerics has his Masters in Public Administration and Bachelors in Business Administration from Ashford University and is an alumnus of Mott Community College as well. He has been with the college since January 2009 serving in various roles with his most recent role being the Supervisor for Student Employment Services. Aron is a lifetime resident of Flint and is an alumnus of Flint Southwestern Academy.

Jordan Keyser has served as Board Relations Coordinator since January 2023. In his role, he is responsible for assisting the President, Chief of Staff, Board of Trustees and Executive Cabinet in the development of institutional policy and procedures.
Jordan is an alumnus of Saginaw Valley State University where he holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He previously worked in both the Michigan State House of Representatives and State Senate as a Legislative Assistant and Constituent Relations Director.

Sounya Walker has been with the college since June 2004 serving in various roles, recently as the Interim Academic Dean of Humanities and previously the Director of Adult Education/Gateway to College. Sounya is an alumna of Eastern Michigan University where she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Master of Arts in Communication, Specialist of Arts in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate Degree in Leadership in Higher Education from Capella University.
