Occasionally, the need arises to hire temporary employees to assist with special projects, seasonal/peak work, or to fill vacancies on a short-term basis. The terms of these temporary assignments are dictated by the collective bargaining agreements and procedures have been put in place to ensure that we comply with these agreed-upon terms. The following information will assist you in (1) obtaining either an agency or Mott temporary employee, and (2) understanding your responsibilities in adhering to the terms of the CBAs.
