All employees, temporaries and Mott partners (anyone who works for or provides service
to Mott) are eligible to receive the award.
Nominations can be submitted by students, employees, temporaries and Mott partners.
Recipients may receive recognition once every twelve months.
Up to five (5) recipients will be selected each month by the Employee Recognition
Committee.
Presentations to recipients will be made by the supervisor and recipients will receive
a lapel pin and $25 gift card.
Pictures of each recipient and their supervisor will be taken and an announcement
of winners will be made by email, MCC portal and InfoChannel.
A drawing will be held at the monthly all‐employee meetings. Names of recipients from
previous month(s) will be placed in the drawing and one winner will be selected to
receive a $100 gift card. A slideshow highlighting the previous month recipients will
run during the presentation.
An additional drawing will be held at the monthly all‐employee meetings for those
who submitted nominations during previous month(s). One winner will be selected to
receive a $25 gift card.
