The Cashier’s Office is responsible for collection, recording, depositing and reporting of the college’s payment transactions. Payments from students, staff, outside businesses or governmental units may be made in person, through WebAdvisor, or by mail.

In-person Transactions
We are located on the Lower Lever of the Prahl College Center. Please begin your visit to the Cashier’s Office at the Information Desk, located just off the elevators on the lower level. Many times your questions can be answered right there.

Be sure to have your state or federally issued photo ID when you visit the Cashier's Office.

Office Hours

The Cashier’s Office operates on a “first-come, first-served basis”. You will be given a number from the information kiosk. Watch the video screens for your number and you will be directed to a window in the Cashier’s service area.
MCC accepts many Payment Options at the Cashier’s Office. There is also a drop box located in the first floor of the Prahl College Center.
Many of the interactions with the Cashier’s Office can be accomplished online. MCC Answer can also provide a quick method to search for your particular question.
Several computer terminals for WebAdvisor access are available in the lobby area of the Cashier’s Office.
